Account Data: Email address, name, and profile picture (via Google or GitHub OAuth).

Uploaded Photos & Notes: Product photos and brand logos you upload, plus the text notes you attach to them. These are processed to generate your ad images. People appearing in scenes are AI-generated fictional personas — we do not accept face photos. Do not upload photos you do not own, and avoid entering sensitive personal information (financial data, health records, ID numbers) into note fields.

Usage Data: Generation history, interaction logs, and image counts. Technical data such as IP address
and browser type is collected automatically by our infrastructure for security purposes.

Payment Data: We do not store credit card details. All payments are processed by our merchant of record,
named at checkout.
3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Service (including generating your ad images).

To detect and prevent fraud or abuse (including NSFW and prohibited-content filtering).

To manage credits, subscriptions, and billing status.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Sub-processors

Image generation: Replicate (USA) — your uploaded photos and generation prompts
are sent to Replicate-hosted models. OAuth account data (email, name, profile picture) is never sent there.

Text AI: OpenRouter LLC (USA) — creative copy and prompt text only. No photos,
no account data.

Hosting & database: Cloudflare (hosting, file storage), Neon (database and login sessions).

Login: Google or GitHub OAuth (account email, name, and profile picture).

Payments: Dodo Payments (name and email for checkout). Card data never touches our servers.
International Transfers: By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and
processed in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions
where applicable.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand aggregate usage.
You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but parts of the Service may stop working.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures (TLS encryption, access-controlled databases) to protect your information.
No method of Internet transmission is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account data, uploads, and generated images while your account is active. You may request
deletion of your personal data at any time (see §8); we delete it within 30 days unless retention is
required by law (e.g., tax records) or needed to resolve disputes.
8. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, or delete your personal data.

9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 16 (or 13 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect
their personal information. Accounts found to belong to children will be removed.
